Since 2021 we’ve put a huge amount of time and energy into building People Planet Pint – which is ultimately just going to the pub.
Climate change is a big, scary topic.
Often it feels far away and something we only ever experience through screens and news reports.
But it doesn’t have to be. Millions of people in the UK – and every country – want to be more sustainable, and are worried about the impact climate change is having on our communities.
Talking about it, even with friends, can be different and uncomfortable and many don’t know where to start.
Well, what better place to start than in the pub?
People Planet Pint exists to create a casual, informal space where real people meet and discuss what positive action can be taken.
People Planet Pint is for anyone concerned about sustainability who believes a better future is possible.
Not everyone is comfortable being an activist or going to a protest, and that’s okay.
If you’re feeling like you’re the only one who cares about climate change in your work, or you feel awkward bringing up in your friend’s WhatsApp group, then this is for you.
