LOCAL SPONSORS

Be introduced, not advertised.

A warm introduction to a room of your potential customers.

Your local People Planet Pint host introduces you to people who care where they spend and who they back. Over a pint, with time to talk properly.

About 70 rooms like this fill up every month. You could be speaking to yours.

WHO YOU'LL MEET

These rooms fill up every month. Be a name they know.

They turn up because they want to talk about the positive future they want, and they do business with people they've met.

A room that chose to be there.

It's not a random pub. We know who turns up: people who care about the future and want to do something about it, without being lectured. They came to meet each other, and they're open to meeting you.

They want to take action

Many work in ordinary jobs and want to do more than recycle. They're looking for their people, and something useful to do next.

They back brands they like

They'd rather spend, work and partner with businesses they can see building a better future that's possible today.

They want a local network

Some work in sustainability and feel isolated. A friendly room nearby, with no sales pitch, is exactly what they came for.

Small business owners

People who run local businesses, know their community, and have real influence in it.

Professionals

Sustainability folk who want a local network, not another conference.

The climate curious

People from every industry who want to act and don't know where to start.

BEFORE AND AFTER

From shouting into the void to saying hello in person.

Before

✕

Paying to travel to a conference at the other end of the country, hoping the right people are there.

Spending on Meta and Google, then watching "leads" arrive as names you've never met.

✕

Feeling disconnected from the people you're trying to reach.

✕

Guessing what your local customers actually think.

After

✓

Giving back to your local community, and supporting a local pub while you're at it.

✓

Actually meeting your potential customers, face to face, in your local pub.

✓

Being known as the business that turned up, introduced by someone they trust.

✓

Getting research and honest feedback straight from the people you want to serve.

TRUE STORIES

Things that have already happened over a pint.

Real people, real towns, real things that started with a chat at the pub.

TRUE STORY · BRIGHTON

A chat at the pub became a speaking invitation.

Ed met Stu at a meetup. Months later Stu asked him to speak at Green SEO event, putting him in front of 40 new faces.

Ed, Brighton regular

TRUE STORY · SHREWSBURY

A new town, a new network, a new career path.

THE SERENDIPITY ENGINE

You never know where a conversation will go. That's the magic of it.

None of these were planned. A speaking slot, a new career path, a client: each began with someone saying hello over a pint. Get in the room, and see what happens.

Your host does the introducing. You say hello.

1

Choose your months

Pick 1, 6 or 12 months, choose your town and buy online in a few minutes. Your host is briefed and HQ sets up your listing.

2

Get introduced on the night

Your host introduces you. You say hello, agree a drinks tab, and answer questions over a pint.

3

Be the name they remember

Your logo and link stay on the Eventbrite listing, so people can find you between events.

TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Real marketing, in a real pub.

Plenty of businesses spend thousands of £ travelling to a conference at the other end of the country to meet people.

Your next customers might be at the pub down the road.

It's in-person marketing in a world of cold, automated, AI-everything tools. It sits alongside your other channels, and it works through trust. We won't promise a tracked sales funnel, and every town is different!

It suits you if

You win work through conversations and reputation.

You're happy to be known locally, and to build that over time.

You want a human channel next to your digital ones.

You like a pint. Or a lime and soda. We're not fussy.

It won't suit you if

You need tracked, attributed leads from every night.

You want guaranteed sales from a single event.

You want social media promotion. That's what Partner is for.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE NIGHT

Meet your host first. Then say hello to the room.

1

Meet your host beforehand

We introduce you to your host beforehand. You then arrange a video call, or meet them at the pub before the event starts.

2

Open a tab

On the night, you and your host agree a drinks tab you're comfortable with. You stay in control, with a minimum of 10 drinks.

3

Introduce yourself as it starts

As the event kicks off, your host introduces you and invites you to say hello and tell people what you do. Then you chat over a pint.

Can't make every night?

If you want to talk to people, you need to be there. If you can't make every event, your logo and link stay on the Eventbrite listing, so you're still seen by everyone who registers.

It's good for your community, too

Pubs benefit twice. Your sponsorship fee goes to People Planet Pint HQ, which keeps the events running, and the drinks tab goes straight to the pub. Without both, there'd be fewer events, fewer people in pubs and less money for local businesses.
